As the Community Engagement Manager at the Forum for Theological Exploration (FTE), I am passionate about supporting and empowering emerging leaders and scholars exploring vocational opportunities in theology and ministry. I have over ten years of experience in program and project management, event planning, editing, and grants management.In my current role, I leverage my skills in online course facilitation and course design to deliver engaging and transformative learning experiences for FTE's diverse and dynamic network of partners, fellows, and alumni. I also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to host/offer events/retreats that foster vocational discernment, community building, knowledge sharing, and leadership development. Through my work, I aim to advance FTE's mission of cultivating diverse and bold theological leaders and communities for the future of the church and the academy.
