- Preparation of court documents for Family Law matters from start to finish including but not limited to: Dissolutions, Financial Disclosures, Marital Settlement Agreements, Judgment documents, Requests for Orders, Guardianships, Step-Parent Adoptions, UPA’s, DCSS matters, Domestic Violence Restraining Orders, and Ex Parte Motions.- Demonstrated ability to conduct research on pertinent laws and regulations and apply them to a case at hand- Vast experience with and knowledge of judicial council forms and local rules of Court as they pertain to Family Law.- Skilled in briefing and writing memoranda to assist attorneys in assessing the merits of cases.- In-depth knowledge of drafting correspondence and pleadings.- Extremely experienced at trial preparation and appearing in Court to assist attorney throughout trial- First point of contact between client and attorney - ensuring that the client is heard and providing support to the client during times the attorney is unavailable.- Proficient in and daily use of practice management software Abacus, Abacus Accounting, Message Slips, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Dissomaster, and Essential Forms
