Working cooperatively with the Banking Center staff and management team, I am responsible for; processing client transactions; providing operational, sales and risk management support; and conducting the training of new Client Service Advisors and Tellers in the Banking Centers. I maintain client focused approach to the business with a focus on serving our clients in all situations. Additionally, I am responsible for leading, coaching and collaborating with the Banking Center staff and management team to achieve the operational, sales and financial goals of the Banking Center. I am responsible for managing the operations and risk for the sales center, and reports directly to the Banking Center Manager. I act as the leader in the Banking Center in the absence of management team. •Processing of client transactions, standing out as a leader in client service for the sales center. •Providing reoccurring operations and sales support activities , such as completing reports, ordering cash, balancing the vault, scheduling , managing client lists for banking center team, etc. •Providing risk management support, such as approving large checks, addressing Reg CC holds and exceptions , completing audits, coaching and leading around fee waivers and reversals, overdraft lists and chargeoffs, etc. •Conducting hands-on training of new Client Service Advisors and Tellers. •Leading and coaching to successful achievement of high scores on the monthly Ops report •Provide leadership in the absence of the Banking Center Manager, especially as it relates to risk management. •Leading, coaching, collaborating with the banking center staff and manager to achieve the operational, sales, and financial goals of the banking center.

• Responsible for answering phone calls from customers within 30 seconds. • Providing accurate information regarding accounts and bank policies.• Helping customers with his/her account inquiries.• Staying updated on new account products and promotions. • Preparing deposits for the third party processor.• Typing up letters to customers regarding his/her account.• Knowledge on how to operate online banking support systems.• Transmit bank correspondence through email, fax, and mail.• Have experience with Microsoft Office.
