I am an Intuitive Medical Massage and Energy Medicine Practitioner. I own and operate Soul Body Connection in Asheville NC. We are a healing collective focused on quality, compassionate care and service to others. The members of our collective are passionate, skilled, highly educated, and exceptionally talented in their respective fields. I have been licensed as a massage therapist in the states of Ohio and North Carolina. I have experience in collaboration with Chiropractic, Naturopathic, and Functional Medicine Practitioners, hospice and palliative care teams, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy, as well as Medical physicians. My technique centers around cooperation with your body. I do not do a standard full body massage in the 60 or 90 minute sessions. I focus on locating and addressing those areas that cause the most pain and tension. I methodically track to the source of the issue in order to have the most benefit. My sessions are intentional, mindful, compassionate, relaxing, and effective. Our bodies know how to heal, we just have to provide the guidance sometimes.
