This position performs dual roles, functioning as the single point-of-contact for account management and sales, in addition to providing account services for additional benefits needs, new employee enrollments and account troubleshooting. Key responsibilities include:* Knowledge of multiple carriers’ capabilities and ability to apply best solutions to individual accounts.* Obtain carrier quotes and prepare spreadsheets for Health, Life, Vision, Dental, LTD & STD.* Prepare proposals for renewal and sales meetings.* Present group insurance renewals via one on one and group presentations with 95% client retention.* New group insurance sales and enrollment.* Assist groups and members with service issues and answer benefit and general insurance questions.* Vendor management related to above activities
