Coordinate and oversee job-related activities and assignments for staff of fifty. Administer policies and procedures for mortgage loan servicing/processing to ensure compliance with regulatory, investor, governmental and corporate requirements. Handle HR related issues not limited to interviewing, hiring, training and development of talent, evaluating, disciplining and firing personnel. Coordinate work flows, set processing deadlines and ensure proper procedures are followed. Process confidential information and documents. Generate correspondence and reports. Handle escalated file issues. Analyze current policy and procedures and submit changes as needed. Monitor and update best practices. Plan, coordinate, and execute meetings, conference calls, webinars, and events. Organize and submit expense reports. Complete quarterly and monthly audits.

Ensure all loan clients have proper insurance on collateral. Force place insurance coverage as needed. Complete weekly, monthly, and annual audits and reports. Stay up to date on current Federal regulations and analyze current policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with regulatory, governmental and corporate requirements.
