The Solutions Consultant team is responsible for supporting our Sales team in demonstrating Cvent solutions and consulting with prospective and current customers. We currently have a team of 15 consultants that support 300+ Sales Executives across all regions and verticals.This team has in-depth product knowledge of all Event Cloud solutions, including Event Management, Virtual Event Solutions, Appointments, Abstract Management, Event Mobile Apps, Onsite Solutions, Trade Show Solutions, Strategic Meetings Management, Speaker Resource Center, Exhibitor Management, Social Tables, and OOTB Integrations. As well as the hundreds of features and tools that roll up into those major solutions. We also work strategically with stakeholders in Sales, Readiness, Product, Client Services, and Marketing on many internal initiatives including, product releases and ongoing enhancements, product roadmap, bi-weekly sales team trainings, marketing collateral, sales demo events and apps, as well as RFPs.

My core responsibility is to assist the Sales team in closing NBB on larger, more complex deals. I provide product demonstrations and insight into how prospective customers can integrate their existing processes with the Cvent solution. I collaborate internally with our Product Development team to determine and understand the product roadmap, as well as the Marketing team to create collateral and documentation.As a Senior Technical Sales Consultant, additional responsibility has been given to train, educate, and mentor new technical consultants at Cvent.
