• Communicate the company’s strategic direction and key financial drivers to sell-side analysts and institutional investors; act as key contact for retail investor base• Manage quarterly earnings call process, including assisting in the development of all related press releases, conference call scripts and Q&A documents, along with the associated follow-up communication and outreach to sell-side and buy-side analysts• Handle the logistics associated with issuing all press releases including the review of all required SEC filings related to the Investor Relations department• Contribute to the Annual Report and Proxy: Responsibilities include assisting with design elements of the Annual Report, managing the relationships with the vendors and sole responsibility for Proxy tie-out• Organize and host meetings with sell-side analysts and institutional investors at the Corporate Office as well as on-site restaurant visits and support the company’s investor targeting efforts including non-deal roadshow and investor conference planning and preparation • Manage Investor Relation’s website, including managing the complete rebuild of the website on a new platform

• Evaluated capital growth projects and acquisition economic metrics in addition to accretion/dilution of the project as it relates to the company’s long-term financial plan• Built and audited financial models for growth projects and acquisitions over $10 million up to multiple billions• Managed the capital committee process and associated capital completion reviews, including development of presentations for the Board of Directors• Worked cross functionally with various departments: Commercial, Treasury, Tax, Legal, Large Project Construction, Operations, Environmental Safety and Health, to evaluate an acquisition/project’s impact on the business strategy and shareholder value• Prepared and maintained quarterly cost of capital, 10-year and accretion model, quarterly target analysis, department budget and other ad hoc requests from senior management• Performed regular peer and company financial analysis, including consistent monitoring of M&A and growth activity among peer group

• Developed, executed and reviewed risk-based audits for various business units throughout ONEOK and ONEOK Partners, including the Natural Gas Distribution segment (now ONE Gas)• Tested company SOX processes
