We all encounter challenges and problems in life each and every day. As a busy working and homeschooling mom and former teacher, I have worked through lots of problems, but in 2022 I faced the biggest challenge yet. I was diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer and endured more than a year and a half of treatment including chemotherapy, surgery, and radiation. During that time, I realized that the strategies I needed to get through that challenging time were the same strategies I used to get through all the obstacles I had overcome in my life. It is all about FOCUS. I identified 5 strategies to help shift your focus and identify the opportunities in your obstacles so you can become more resilient, maximize your potential and live your best life.
