Heather is privileged to serve as Head of Distribution for Crossmark Global Investments. In this role, she has primary responsibility for leading Retail Sales, Institutional/Consultant Relations, National Accounts, Marketing and Client Services. Heather is a member of the Executive Leadership team reporting to CEO, Bob Doll. Develop a client engagement strategy that best matches client priorities with the full suite of investment capabilities, value-add, and thought leadership content specific to defined contribution retirement, sub-advised and insurance platforms. Collaborate with internal and external partners to create custom investment solutions, launch new products, and exchange business intelligence. Represent the firm during industry related events and leadership committees.
