TELEMEDICINE COORDINATOR Designed and established 2nd Opinion Telemedicine; in conjunction with the Administrative VP of RWJ and Medical Director of Oncology Service. Partnered with legal, marketing and informatics to evolve into the Telehealth Program. Serves as a liaison between center staff, patients and the community to identify, develop, and promote services and telemedicine programs. Reporting on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis of telemedicine visits, efficacy, productivity, quality and efficiency. Maintains clinical and operational policies with New Jersey and Federal telemedicine compliance standards. Responsible for development, maintenance updates and assessments of telemedicine operating procedures, the creation of a telemedicine policy, telemedicine protocols and telemedicine related form.TUMOR BOARD COORDINATOR Planned, launched & managed standardize workflows to expand tumor boards across all subspecialties, increasing the number of active tumor boards by 43% to 14. Collaborated with VP’s from all 11 RWJ Barnabas as tumor board liaison system wide. Established and maintained system grids and education fundamentals (CME). Recruited participants from all RWJ Barnabas locations. Work with all clinical staff to present weekly Tumor Board; up to and including schedules/locations, support services, offsite availability via WebEx and email distribution. Tracking, submission and recording of all CME/CEU accreditation for all attendees. 423 clinical providers to-date. Run and maintain online database CloudCME. Track attendance, weekly updating of education materials related to week topics and CME transcript statistics.
