Working on a $10 million, 18 month remedial repair project in Waikoloa, HI on the Waikoloa Beach Villas. Duties Include: Managing a diverse workforce, hiring carpenters and labor crew, constant communication with architects and inspectors, marketing, communication with the AOAO (homeowner's association), administration, RFIs, PCOs, Change Orders, material purchasing, inventory management, quality control QAQC, pre-documentation, progress documentation on PlanGrid, safety management, document creation, scheduling, and frequent ongoing use of Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, iOS, Microsoft Project, and DropBox. Skills: Problem solving, communication, and professionalism.
