Hello! I’m part of the Counterparty Credit Risk Management team at Freddie Mac, where I specialize in assessing the creditworthiness of key counterparties, including banks and corporations. My role involves conducting financial due diligence, assigning internal ratings, and contributing to the development of methodologies that help manage Freddie Mac’s risk exposure. Along the way, I assist in refining processes to ensure operational efficiencyI'm proud to be the lead of the Embrace pillar for the Business Resource Group, Hispanic Organization for Leadership and Achievement (HOLA), at Freddie Mac. In this role, I have the privilege of exemplifying leadership while celebrating and embracing the vibrant and diverse heritage of Latino culture. This position allows me to not only contribute to our diverse community but also to inspire others through the power of inclusion and cultural appreciation.Additionally, I’ve won the 2022 Rising Leaders Business Case Competition and have participated as a speaker at multiple events including the Optigo Essential Workshop for Asset Management, Rising Leaders General Body meetings, Rising Leaders HomeBuyerU event, Dia de los Muertos celebration, and Leadership in Transition (LIT) Real Estate investment event, sharing valuable insights and experiences.Looking ahead, I aspire to climb the executive ladder.
