With over four years of experience in healthcare data analysis and system improvement, I am a Meaningful Use Analyst at University Medical Center of El Paso (UMC), where I monitor and validate the compliance of electronic health records with federal and state regulations. I also collaborate with clinical and IT staff to identify and resolve any issues related to data quality, security, and accuracy. Previously, I was a System Analyst at UMC, where I supported the implementation and optimization of various software applications and databases for the hospital. I also worked as an Automation Coordinator/Data Analyst at Project Amistad Lulac, where I automated and streamlined the data collection and reporting processes for a non-profit organization serving the elderly and disabled population. I have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and I am currently pursuing a Master of Science (MS) in Systems Engineering, both from The University of Texas at El Paso. I have skills in quality auditing, root cause analysis, and Microsoft Word.
