• Manage 12 employees in all aspects of the Juvenile Court Operations, hiring, training, and performance reviews• Manage all legal filings with the Clerk of Court to maintain an accurate Court record • Maintain accurate personnel files, desk training manuals, office operations procedures, and hold regular staff meetings to address operational changes and upcoming events• Created and received approval in March 2015 on a business plan to become the first paperless work unit within the Clerk of the Court by back-scanning all paper files into the Electronic Court Record (ECR), while auditing the records for accuracy; to better improve upon our customer service to internal and external customers. This project is 75% complete – resulting in the processing of more than 5,000 paper files thus far• Work daily with Judges, Court Administration, County Attorney’s, DCS, Public and Private Defense firms, other outside agencies, and Court Operations Managers to ensure an accurate Court record

• Managed 12 employees in all aspects of Criminal Calendaring Court Operations, hiring, training, and performance reviews• Managed the scheduling of all post arraignment appearances for all criminal actions through final disposition; in 2011 I oversaw the scheduling of approximately 17,000 violations, 12,000 misdemeanors, and 5,200 felonies – consisting of 11 criminal dockets• Maintained accurate personnel files, job descriptions, desk manuals, docket procedures, criminal court operations procedures, and held regular staff meetings to address operational changes and upcoming events• Maintained three major yearly calendars of projected future dates and the main internet/public calendar for criminal appearances (based on Statute)• Worked daily with Judges, the Trial Court Administrator, District Attorney’s, Public and Private Defense firms, outside agencies, and other Court Operations Managers to ensure the efficiency of all criminal dockets and specialty court dockets
