Assist customers with computer networking needs. Provide remote IT support as well as onsite support with computer networking needs.

Work closely with Distribution Operations team in Minneapolis, MN and Target India partners to create tools and reports that can be utilized by Target Distribution Centers (DCs) to accurately plan and staff their buildings on a daily, weekly and monthly level. Intimate knowledge of performance data gathering systems as well as all available options in extracting data from those systems to generate usable reports and tools for managers at the DCs allowing them to effectively monitor team member performance as well as planning and staffing for each department. Working knowledge of operational departments in Target Distribution Network as well as understanding the role each department plays in the Supply Chain Network.

Work closely with the Distribution Operations Technician, Distribution Operations Analysts, Distribution Center Operations Analysts Technicians, and Systems Analyst providing technical support and feedback through troubleshooting errors in reporting and data collection; offering viable solutions for correcting and addressing future issues. Utilized Microsoft SharePoint to create and administer internal web sites for all 30 Distribution Centers (DC).

Provide support to Distribution Center (DC) Production Controller regarding daily forecasting and productivity performance. Update and maintain daily detailed Financial Reporting, DC Risk Analysis, Legal Financial Reporting, Weekly Forecast and various productivity reports for each department. Provide feedback to appropriate departments on their scoring and Risk Analysis. Work one-on-one with Executive managers to provide department specific reports. Provide support to Senior Manager Administrative Assistant in creating an Inventory Management Database for the Target Gear Store; supplying monthly reports to Group Leaders for inventory and cost comparisons. Assist building Administrative Assistants in a variety of tasks, often improving and streamlining processes.
