Founding Office Manager of a K-10th classical, charter school. A 30% budget deficit required meaningful modifications in operational budget. Lead year-long recruitment efforts to increase enrollment by 170% in the second year. Promoted to the Finance and Employee Affairs Manager in year 2 including transitional oversight in moving facilities. Created and executed school processes for purchasing, accounting, enrollment, facilities, HR, IT, marketing, and record keeping. Trained 5 office staff and 40 faculty in accounting, HR, and inventory. Served as a point person/liason for prospective and current families, faculty and staff, advisors, and third-party providers. A catch-all role with a lean administrative team required support and oversight in school culture, curriculum, and operations.
