• Provide leadership for the Information Technology and Health Information departments• Define and implement strategic initiatives• Build effective teams and relationships with staff, physicians, and vendors• Evaluate business needs and make decisions on IT and Health Information Management initiatives• Develop annual IT and HIM budgets aligned with organizational business needs• Manage multiple enterprise applications, integrations, and implementations: Electronic Health Records (Nextgen), Practice Management (Nextgen), Document Imaging (Nextgen, Allscripts), Patient Portal (Medfusion, Nextgen PxP), Telehealth (Curago Health), Ambulatory Surgery Center (Provation)• Ensure regulatory compliance (MACRA/MIPS/MU) and manage data reporting• Lead IT project management, application planning, implementation strategies, and ongoing support• Collaborate with external vendors for multiple systems integrations• Develop and write reports/dashboards for data analytics (Crystal Reports, PowerBI)• Serve as HIPAA Security Officer, conducting IT risk assessments and policy writing• Oversee and acting administrator of SQL and Oracle databases for Nextgen and Provation applications• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot software interfaces (Mirth Connect, Nextgen Rosetta) between Nextgen, Provation, and external entities (labs, State of Michigan)• Assist with network infrastructure security, maintenance, and troubleshooting• Assist with internal datacenter infrastructure (hardware, storage, server virtualization), maintenance, and troubleshooting• Citrix Administrator
