As Director of the Adult Numeracy Center at TERC, I oversee a team of math practitioners who create amazing professional development, materials, and resources for making math and numeracy more accessible to adult learners and their teachers. Much of this work is done in support of our contract with the SABES Mathematics and Adult Numeracy Curriculum & Instruction PD Center for Massachusetts. However, the Adult Numeracy Center also provides PD and math resource development throughout the U.S., especially in support of the NSF-funded EMPower Series.
