The Ideas Hub (http://lhalliances.org.uk/ideas-hub/) is an online space for celebrating great ideas and people I meet or hear about through my work centred around collaboration, co-production and community building. We want to celebrate the ‘small stories’ about simple ideas that are making a difference to people as well as the big shifts in thinking and systems. A lot of what we're trying to do differently, we do in isolation from each other and often these stories don’t make it to the big reports - those who have busy jobs don’t have time to read these anyway. So we decided to start something that is a quick and easy way to read about what others are doing, helps to connect people and builds a strong momentum to really challenge some of the system.The Ideas Hub brings news and regular blogs, training materials, films and tools to influence, highlights from publications, evidence for business cases and other stories from across the UK and beyond. And we introduce change makers to the fast growing community of other people who are challenging the status quo and pushing against the system.

• Leading the development and implementation of co-operative commissioning approach in partnership with New Economics Foundation (nef) including co-designing outcomes frameworks and reviewing/evaluation systems with communities and providers, development of peer inspection programmes, capacity building of internal workforce and third sector providers in co-production and outcomes based approaches• Leading and facilitating the co-production of service redesign and strategy development with all stakeholders (e.g. managers, practitioners and citizens) including provision for young people affected by drugs/alcohol, continuing care system and CAMHS. I have expertise in using appreciative inquiry in stakeholder engagement as well as a therapeutic approach and developed and procured one of the first Alliance contracts in the borough.• Leading and managing all aspects of the commissioning, contract management and procurement of youth and play and early years contracts including competitive tendering, frameworks, alliance contracting and grant funding.• Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with stakeholders across a variety of sectors including health, education, criminal justice, community development and housing and in so doing, developing strong partnerships with Council officers, senior managers, third sector providers, communities, young people and local politicians.
