My main areas of focus within DX Ireland have been Public Sector, Legal, Banking, Insurance, Telecoms, Retail and Optical sectors throughout the 26 counties of Ireland. My position was predominantly focused on retention & growth of key accounts. Examples of some of my key accounts were Allied Irish Bank, Aviva, Bank of Ireland, Canon, Dunnes Stores, Meteor, The Law Society, National Cancer Screening Service, Ulster Bank, Vodafone. I have a proven track record in successful relationship building and management which has in turn led to additional business opportunities as well as customer retention and recommendations. I was responsible for a varied range of business within DX Ireland from Government tenders that are advertised in the European Journal and typically range from €500,000/million, to small legal practices that are less than €1,000. I have mainly been a customer facing representative and this has brought me into contact with M.D’S, principals in government departments and owner operators of small to medium size enterprises. I attended 15/17 qualified business meetings a week, split between 10 account management meetings and 5-7 first appointments for generation of new business and additional sales opportunities throughout my pipeline. All business development leads were generated by me in addition to any inbound queries that fell within my sector. I have achieved /exceeded target three out of four years while working for DX Ireland and I am trained in the latest pipeline management and funnel techniques which I have found invaluable in achieving target.
