- 2013 - I started to act as technical lead of small improvement projects, needing to align schedules, set deadlines and assist the development team in implementing the solution.- 2014 - In addition to the development and design of new functionalities, I started working on the implementation of a tool for creating interface tests, as well as writing several cases of software tests.- 2015 - I started to technical lead a software development team, using agile methodologies (SCRUM) and being responsible for the design and architecture of new solutions for small parts of the product, from the understanding of the problem of our clients to the implementation and validation of the software that solved their need.

Focused in solutions for the market of electricity distribution companies, participating in the survey of requirements, the design of new solutions and the development of new functionalities. It also carried out internal training to disseminate knowledge in the company and external training for our clients.
