"How does this benefit the viewer?" That's the premise for everything I produce, publish, and share, and it's a question I often ask my coaching clients.As a performance coach and weather content consultant with HellerWeather, I primarily work with broadcast meteorologists and local television stations who appreciate the guiding hand of a communications expert and mentor.My career has always focused on finding innovative ways of effectively communicating weather information that serves the local community.
