CurrentClient onboarding - Ensure clients are onboarded smoothly, partner with them during all stages of onboarding (kickoff, training, go-live, post go-live)Provide continuous support - Make sure clients are provided with the support they need including technical support, report configuration, platform knowledge, training, answering ticketsEmpower end-users/clients - In addition to providing support, empower them with platform knowledge so they can self-serveLooker R&D - Research and implement new features that are introduced with new versions of Looker as well as share that knowledge with team & clientsClient communication and relationship - Ensure client communication is timely and transparent. Establish honest, reliable and supportive relationship with clients.Backend technical knowledge - Have good understanding of backend data. Includes ETL, stored procedures, source data, relationship between data objects etc.Multi product knowledge (Loan Origination System & Loan Management System) - Understand other defi products that are integrated with Analytics. Work with product teams to understand business as well technical aspects of the productExecute/deliver leadership vision/goals - Clear understanding/alignment with leadership vision and ensuring those goals are executed in timely manner
