Responsible for development of sheet metal parts for Frames and suspensions for both HDT and MDT variants as per CVDS .

Job Description Developing parts as per APQP system. Involving in Design reviews along with Engineering and the supplier. PPAP / Supplier Quality system development Audits. Monitoring Supplier performance & taking corrective actions if any. Supplier capacity verification / enhancement monitoring. Quality Non conformity monitoring / Corrective action verification. Cost negotiation / reduction / VAVE. Customer audit responsibility. Supplier Delivery & Quality Monitoring (PPM, Score cards, etc). MoP preparation for Supply chain & presenting to Management. Material Cost sheet preparation Material budget / Inventory management. Supplier audits and regular follow up on APQP time line and Milestones
