I am currently working with a start-up which are a DTx (Digital Therapeutics) company helping Phycologists and Psychiatrists I also carry 14+ years experience in US healthcare starting from RCM to EHR SalesExpert in RCM (Revenue Cycle Management), demographic and charge posting, payment posting, Accounts receivable (AR), follow up, Denial management (DM), claims adjudication and Also have a deep knowledge about the payers and their guidelines in USA.While in Omega healthcare i have worked on lot of processes that were CTQ (Critical To Quality) using Six Sigma methodologies. I was a process coach for more than 80 people where i used to conduct refreshers sessions through Role playing, shadow processing and also classroom training's as and required for the bottom performers using few of the MSA (Measurement System Analysis).Worked with Vee technologies conducting Medical billing training programs for freshers. Also conducting refreshers training for the tenured employee's. In addtion to fresher and refersher trainings i have also conducted few TTT sessions for QA's and SME's on few of the topics related to SIX SIGMA.
