Content creation:1) Attend the meeting with the client and based on the job description and requirement, suggest the proper TOC for them.2) Creating content on domains like "Numerical ability", "Logical reasoning" , "Statistics" and "Mathematics" for various Public sector exams, exams conducted by educational bodies and corporate recruitments.3) Create content on "Multi source reasoning", "Two part analysis" , " Graph analysis" and "Problem solving" for high stake national and international exams.4) Create different variety of questions like "Drag and drop", "Hot spot", "Data comparison", "Numeric entry problems".QC and finalization of the content:1)Quality check of all the content that is procured from external SMEs and make them error free.2) Final QP check of all the Question papers that are going out for delivery to ensure error free question papersSME nurturing:1) Check the sample questions provided by the SMEs and give them constructive feedback about their work. This activity helps in SME empanelment.2) Time to time feedback on the content created by external SMEs for the live projects. This helps to ensure more sanitized questions by the same SMEs in the future assignments.Item analysis and distractor analysis:1)As many clients are looking for item analyzed content, the item analysis activity is carried which will help to obtain more normalized Question papers.2) Conduct the distractor analysis for each of the questions in the question bank.The work involves almost all the aspects of content management Procuring sample questions- Empanel the SMEs-- Give them assignment---Quality check of the assignment---Check with the SMEs for any ambiguity in question stem/distractors---Finalize the questions---Give feedback to SMEs.
