Current• Accompanying distributor sales personnel for order booking on a pre-determined cycle• Steering New Business Development through contractor and builders to establish network connections• Imparting Sales Force Training and Development, by delivering product knowledge and other programs• Key account management• Building up the network of Business partners.• Conversion of Leads generated.• Generation of Leads through various marketing activities.• Regular visit to the customers and maintaining a good relationship.• To introduce new products & monitor sales of products regularly.• To execute the distribution plan of the territory.• Achieving target According to the product mix.• To provide product knowledge and on-the-job training to distributor Sales personnel.• To implement Sales promotion campaigns, product launches, demonstrations, displays etc.• Working with merchandiser.
