• Lead and execute data analysis and research projects, leveraging census data, programming languages such as R, and geospatial analysis to derive actionable findings and recommendations• Conduct program evaluations to assess performance, establish program baseline metrics for future benchmarking, and aid decision-making to achieve program objectives• Collect quantitative and qualitative data from internal databases using SQL and secondary sources such as iPUMS and Census, wrangling and merging data for analysis and presenting findings to internal stakeholders• Encourage data culture and foster community among other data analysts through regular touchpoints like monthly discussion meetings to facilitate project discussions and encourage inter-departmental engagement

In Good Company is a newly formed non-profit based in San Diego focused on climate justice and a vision of communities disproportionately impacted by the effects of climate change rising up and increasing their climate resiliency, well-being, and wealth.In addition to the work I do as part of the board of directors, I am also involved in the grants committee, where I collaborate on grant applications/sourcing grants with other IGC colleagues.
