I am responsible for the development of a sound labor and employment strategy, along with policies and practices that enable the achievement of company objectives. I also provide counsel on a broad range of People (HR) programs, policies and practices, such as executive compensation, location strategy, equity administration, investigations, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, wage and hour, and workplace safety.
