My name is Henry Hayden Wright and I am currently a third year student at The Ohio State University pursuing a Bachelor of Science in the Statistics major with a minor in Computer and Information Science. I have worked as an Assistant Coach for various swim teams and as lifeguard for various facilities, holding positions such as Lifeguard, Pool Operator, Head Lifeguard, and Manager. Through these positions I have gained experience in management and sustaining an efficient work environment, collaboration with a large variety of people in order to supervise and maintain a safe facility, and in facilitating effective communication with coworkers to optimally predetermine work schedules.
