Internship at Baxter Int Healthcare Philippines, where I monitored and observed operations learning about P&L, patient-doctor relationships, and doctor-product relationships. During this period, I was able to create relationships within the office and Government hospitals. At Baxter, I discussed issues and solutions with Marketing Manager Charisse Villanueva, Head of Sales Ruben Guerrero, and Commercial Manager Catherine Caritos. At the hospital, I conversed with doctors about the three main hemodialysis product companies and the financial management of allocating resources. I spoke with Dr. Valderrama, President of the Pediatric Nephrology Society of the Philippines, Marichu Ching, Head of Finance for the National Kidney and Transplant Institute, and Dr. Rosemarie Rosete-Liquete, Executive Chairman-Director and Surgeon.I interned with Elekta Radiology Therapy Treatment Solutions, where I was able to work and inspect downfalls alongside with Country Head Deonne Rosales and Executive Financial Manager Kervin Ramos.I observed, learned, and immersed myself in the development of commercial and residential real estate in BGC, Makati, and Quezon City, working alongside Megaworld and Victor Consunji Corp owned by DMCI. I met and engaged with Senior Property Specialist Ivy Cayangho, Sales Manager Estefanny Silos, and Junior Property Specialist Joshua Arrionda about sales management. Moreover, I discussed townhouse and apartment sales and market hyperinflation with Ruben Cayangho at Victor Consunji, who individually sold over 1.2 billion worth of properties over the course of four years.In my tour at the International Asian Development Bank I attended a financial conference meeting with Henry Josep M. Herrera. President and CEO of Philippine Asia Life Assurance Corporation; President and CEO for Sun Life Financial Plans, Sun Life Asset Management Company, he was also Chief Operating Officer; Director for PLIA Realty Incorporate.
