Hello, my name is Henry Ding and I am a software engineer in Southern California. Before web development, I initially pursued electrical engineering because I have always been interested in understanding how things work and how technology can be used to solve complex problems. However, during my undergraduate studies, I became fascinated with the brain and its ability to process information and influence behavior. As a result, I decided to pursue a degree in Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience.Although I was initially put off from programming from a bad experience during my time in university, I've found coding intertwined in many areas of profession and the immense value and potential that it holds. After encouragement from family and friends, I decided to give it another go, this time with a fresh perspective and a determination to learn. This led to my enrollment and completion of the LearningFuze web development program.My areas of technical strength include proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES5/ES6) , as well as experience with front-end frameworks such as React and back-end frameworks such as NodeJS and ExpressJS, as well as database technologies such as PostgreSQL.I am currently looking for positions that allow me to collaborate with a team of like-minded individuals to develop innovative web applications.
