I started in 1990 as a technical field representative providing immediate support to the local area manager and customers with 24-hr technical service, equipment demos, installation support, new equipment BETA site locations, in-depth line audits, and supporting adhesive allies. The territory covered was CA, AZ, NM, NV and western TX as well as the maquiladora border towns from El Paso west to Tijuana, MexicoIn 1995 I was promoted to Area Sales Manager covering the same territory where I had the opportunity to excel by meeting or exceeding yearly sales budget for new systems and spare parts.In 2000 I was promoted to Industry Specialist covering the western states, assisting regional local area managers and agents, identifying new opportunities and promoting new technologies for the industries mentioned above. I also had responsibilities for some local corporate accounts like Coke, Pepsi, Miller Brewing, P&G, major non-woven accounts, and local RV manufacturing like Fleetwood Motor Homes and Trailer, Lance Campers, National RV, Eclipse RV, and more.

Started in the assembly department building high-end restaurant equipment,fryers, grills, ovens, filters, and more, all gas and electric (120V to 480V).During my career I was able to become the department's production supervisor with 12 guys under me, and assisting Quality Control to test the finished products, at the same time also working with engineering on equipment improvement and the development of new equipment in addition to servicing some beta sites.Then I was able to work with engineering for a couple of years developing all of the bill of materials for all the equipment.After some time I was promoted to equipment Sr. service tech handling over 52 service agencies in the US, I was there to help them troubleshoot equipment problems and also assisting them with warranty products and returns.
