I have more than four years of experience in creating, managing, and growing online communities for enterprise customers across various industries and platforms.With a passion for finding and facilitating meaningful connections and engagements among our diverse and loyal audience, I am responsible for defining and executing the community strategy, requirements, and roadmap. I leverage professional reporting tools like Tableau, Redshift, and Google Analytics to measure and optimize the impact of our community, and I hold Community developer certifications that enable me to develop and implement new Community platform functionalities and integrations.
