For the first mocks before starting the UAT process.•Responsible for l coordination of SWIFT activities. In terms of liaising with businesses & Credit Agricole Group CAPS on testing, ensuring general readiness annual upgrade.•Responsible for Parameterization of New Products.•Designing the roles of end users privileges on the core banking system for the security management module.•Providing onsite & remote VPN support for Flexcube front and back end ..•Managing the implementation of new release of fixes.•Managing and controlling the annual releases of the Core banking system.

Functional Work stream leader.The center of excellence is a department reporting to Credit Agricole retail France, responsible for implementing and supporting FLEXCUBE v10.2 over various subsidiaries. This team was based in France then moved to EGYPT. Three subsidiaries have gone live by the French team; the fourth subsidiary was the responsibility of the Egyptian team. During the analysis phase, for the fourth subsidiary, the number of Gaps reported was significant so a decision was taken to move from version 10.2 to version 12Job Duties & responsibilities:• Conducting and participating in all project phases to achieve objectives related to subsidiaries implementations.• Responsible Leading a team of three members through the whole life cycle of an implementation project., leading the team into supporting enhancements and bug fixes. • GAP Analysis Phase; identify the functionalities which are not supported by the system• Design Phase; analyze requirements and convert them to template.• Testing Phase; includes unit testing, module testing and end-to-end testing and support the subsidiaries' end users.• Migration Phase; participate with technical team in identifying the migration business roles as well as supporting.• Prepare all requirement deliverable in terms of Function Specification, Parameterization Sheet, Requirement.• Analyze all required enhancement & new required products by different subsidiaries.• Validate and approve the result of prove of concept Test.• Providing second line support for running subsidiaries of Credit Agricole group.• Participate in look at problems logically and break them down.
