Have conducted teachers training courses for thousands of people, not only from India, but many other parts of the world too.International & national coordination with volunteers, teachers & area-wise heads for offline as well as online events & training workshops. Come up with creative ideas & interesting content for training sessions, aiding in better team bonding, involvement & engagement of Art of Living trainers PAN India, to work towards a common goal. From time to time, I have been deeply involved with organising & conducting adventure & fun trips, cultural events, family days, wisdom sessions, yoga & health awareness camps, games & processes for different groups of our trainers, thus inspiring them & bring them on one platform, increasing productivity, efficiency at work & ensuring their happiness & well-being too. This has helped in bringing about a feeling of ownership, a sense of responsibility and an attitude to contribute/ make a difference, among juniors,mentored by me, specially those who worked with me directly or indirectly.Being an advanced yoga and meditation teacher, I facilitated several meditation, yoga and life enriching courses. Uplifting someone is more than satisfying, a feeling beyond words! Happy to be a contributor!It has been a wonderful journey full of learning!
