TouchSuite now uses my branding for all their marketing collateral. I redesigned and re-developed their website to match the new branding and approach of the company. Once that project was completed, I was then assigned to develop a platform for their sales team to increase productivity, along with helping the marketing team with technical marketing efforts. I design and developed a platform that allows agents to efficiently process sales over the phone with customers. The system was developed using PHP / MySQL and Bootstrap Framework, with CSS 3 and JQuery. The shopping cart is custom made, and allow for flexibility in customizing products specifically for the client. The application process takes tedious work from filling out Merchant Application and Leasing Application of combined 250 fields and 30-40 minutes of questions to a simple 10 minute process. The Merchant and Lease application are submitted through digital signature provider DocuSign to be sent to the customer. I also coded in IDology API that allows the agent to verify the identity of the client with simple security questions. I aslo coded in Equifax API for credit reporting, which allows the agent to get the customer’s credit report that will automatically adjust the pricing of the system, based on the result of the credit score. Overall before this system agents would take 1-2 hours filling out applications, faxing, fixing mistake etc.. I increased productivity by 70% -
