As a member of PCPC's global strategies team, I manage our issue advocacy for Canada and the Oceania region. I also oversee the International Regulatory Database, now part of INCIpedia, represent PCPC to the International Cooperation on Cosmetics Regulation (ICCR), and contribute to other global regulatory harmonization initiatives. I am currently leading PCPC’s advocacy and education initiatives on FDA's new mandatory cosmetic facility registration and product listing program "Cosmetics Direct."Prior to joining PCPC, I was a Policy Analyst at the FDA, Office of Cosmetics and Colors. At FDA, I managed research and IT contracts, represented FDA in forums with global regulators and industry, evaluated regulatory proposals, and conducted export certificate, compliance, and registration reviews.
