I am an IT professional with 20 years of experience. I have had the opportunity to work on IT projects large and small, for educational, state and federal clients. I also have had the privilege of being a technical instructor and systems trainer for 6 years. Roles that I have had include: Systems Administrator, PeopleSoft Consultant, Application Support Engineer, Director, Project Manager, and Adjunct Instructor to name a few.I have a passion for large and small scale software/hardware/ERP implementations and for the technical complexities that are involved. I have no fear of researching and digging into code if need be to find a cause and a solution.
