Creative Operations Director
• Collaborate with creative, technical and production teams to ensure the success of every project.• Communicate with clients to outline, improve and manage production processes and timelines.• Create budgets, schedules and creative briefs for clients, creative and management teams.• Manage, schedule, and assign workflow from initial concept through final delivery.• Oversee complex day-to-day creative operations on multiple projects simultaneously.• Handle data I/O, compression and QA of final deliverables for print, video and live event assets.• Schedule, lead and participate in creative and conceptual brainstorming sessions and RFPs.• Collaborate with Art Directors, Writers, Animators, 2D/3D animators, Scenic Design and technical teams to ensure excellent creative is consistently achieved and delivered, on-budget and on-time.• Create processes to improve productivity, communications and production workflow.• Manage resource allocation and source new creative talent, both staff and freelance.• Communicate with all stakeholders to ensure both long and short term goals are set and met.• Clients include: Rubrik, HPE, LinkedIn, Microsoft, Isagenix, Moneris, ACI, Salk Institute, Pymnts.com, AppDynamics.
