Director Of Residential Services
CurrentAs the Director of Resident Services, my role encompasses overseeing the leasing and marketing department as well as residential services. I supervise the implementation of leasing and marketing strategies to ensure our properties meet their occupancy goals, overseeing 600 apartments at 100% occupancy. I also oversee the administration of leasing procedures, including the use of online software tools for application processes. I am responsible for providing management and property owners with regular reports related to leasing efforts. I also manage our online marketing efforts, including the development of property websites and social media presence. I ensure unparalleled customer service is provided, creating a strong sense of community for all residents. I oversee the management of resident concerns and requests, the implementation of resident retention programs, and the coordination of apartment entry and mailbox access. I oversee the hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members, and ensure the efficiency of staff through ongoing training and leadership. I also provide day-to-day support to the leadership team and keep them updated on all major projects, process changes, and activities. I maintain accurate records of all community transactions and work with the finance team to troubleshoot tenant billing/payment errors and discrepancies.
