*Manage and serves as a liaison between Computershare and 27+ large corporate relationships servicing French Leveraged Plans, Stock Options, Restricted Stock and Employee Stock Purchase plans.*Manage the issuance of NQ, ISO, RSA, RSU, SAR, PSA and ESPP grants to participant accounts based on client authorization.*Ensure effective service delivery and reinforce positive relationships between outsourced vendors and clients. *Manage and ensure timely completion of various types of work orders i.e. dividends, stock purchase, stock sale, option exercises, restricted stock vestings, tax reporting, Securities and Exchange Commission filings, proxy, account adjustments, stock reclassifications and account reconciliations.*Monitor and ensure timely completion of critical corporate and participant issues and concerns. *Partner with internal groups to ensure client Service Level Agreements are met in a timely and accurate fashion.

*Position requires working with multiple regional and international teams of sales directors that are responsible for employee stock plan services, corporate actions and transfer agency business development.*Entails translating process and procedure into request for proposal responses, presensations and pricing for potential clients *Provides a consultative approach to new business opportunities, working with Sales Directors to tailor presentation(s) toward a clients needs, arriving a creative pricing and servicing models as well as best efforts at articulating the value proposition of BNY Mellon's service offering.

*Manage and serves as a liaison between BNY Mellon and 10+ large corporate relationships with revenues in excess of $1 million servicing Stock Options, Restricted Stock and Employee Stock Purchase plans.*Manage the issuance of NQ, ISO, RSA, RSU, SAR, PSA and ESPP grants to participant accounts based on client authorization.*Ensure effective service delivery and reinforce positive relationships between outsourced vendors and clients. *Provide consultation internally on enhancements, executive initiatives, Securities and Exchange Commission and IRS mandates for improved processes and efficiencies. *Manage and ensure timely completion of various types of work orders i.e. dividends, stock purchase, stock sale, option exercises, restricted stock vestings, tax reporting, Securities and Exchange Commission filings, proxy, account adjustments, stock reclassifications and account reconciliations.*Monitor and ensure timely completion of critical corporate and participant issues and concerns. *Assist with implementation of conversions and de-conversions of Stock Option and Employee Stock plans to various systems due to merger and integration consolidation, new client implementation as well as client deconversions.*Partner with internal groups to ensure client Service Level Agreements are met in a timely and accurate fashion. *Team Lead of 10+ Account Management staff members servicing over 100 large corporate accounts. *Conduct on job training sessions for Account Management and Operational Staff. *Manage Operational Conversions from sunset platforms to new enhanced systems.*Consultive partner and subject matter expert for risk analysis groups.
