Some of my responsibilities include:- Research and identify solutions to software issues related to Kata Platform, Whatsapp Business API, and Kata Omnichat.- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and configuration.- Track computer system issues to resolution, within agreed SLA.- Communicate with clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email, chat, or conference call, until they’ve solved a technical issue.- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers, infra engineers).- Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions.- Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.- Prepare accurate and timely reports.- Maintain jovial relationships with clients.- Work on a 2-shift system.- Ensure all issues are properly logged.- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.- Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.- Live tracing logging (Infra engineers)- Monitoring and observability (Infra engineers)
