Primarily, I initiate the development and execution of research strategies to cultivate market trends, to effectively cater to consumer needs, and to promote scientific advancements that ensure business growth while in line with the company’s goals and objectives. In this role, I get to collaborate with a team of product development scientists, quality, regulatory, operation, sales and marketing professionals to monitor the overall conceptualization, formulation, and production of nutraceuticals and ensure its alignment with customer requirements.I also supervise scientific research projects with research partners and institutions to provide and utilize scientific insights that contribute to the continuous progress and enhancement of nutraceutical products. More so, I identify patentable innovations with legal counsel while continuously evaluating and improving all processes, methodologies, and timelines to maintain the consistency, purity, and potency of new and existing nutraceutical products under the company. On top of that, I optimize market trends and consumer preferences while utilizing competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for product differentiation, enhancement, and innovation and integrate business strategy to guide future product development decisions.
