• Use adult learning training methodology, appropriate media, and trainer materials to deliver effective learning discussions, lectures, and online courses.
• Identify alternate solutions for learning when delivery challenges arise, including; materials, content, room set-up.
• Establish and maintain expertise in training curriculum.
• Manage classroom and prepare environment so it is conducive to learning.
