Responsibilities include a broad range of staff and service functions to support the business. Responsible for the training, recognition, communication road maps, and provide support to Analysts, Supervisors, and Executives across all lines of business.

Deliver products, data, and leadership training.• Partner with the business for continuous training improvement and program effectiveness.• Use adult learning training methodology, appropriate media, and trainer materials to deliver effective learning discussions, lectures, and online courses.• Identify alternate solutions for learning when delivery challenges arise, including; materials, content, room set-up.• Establish and maintain expertise in training curriculum.• Manage classroom and prepare environment so it is conducive to learning.• Partner with the business to understand and support their training needs.• Evaluate the effectiveness of training through class feedback and follow-up surveys and communicate results with leadership.• Lead, prepare, attend, and complete train-the- trainer certifications. • Partner with national curriculum development teams. • Conduct peer-to-peer observations and provides mentoring and feedback
