CurrentAsked to lead combined function of Education and Enablement professionals. Ensuring all education and enablement actions, deliverables and resources are appropriately provided and cross support all pertinent learner audiences including Customers, Partners, and Employees. Lead the development of new hire onboarding for all Sales and Customer Success roles. Manage sourcing and relationships with external vendors for specific complementary education program. Guide the delivery of ongoing Sales & CS Enablement training events to implement continuous skills development. Guide the reorganization of internal resource library for Team Members and Reseller Partners.
