I serve as Chair for the SNIA Cloud Storage Technologies Initiative (CSTI), and recently led formation and promotion of the Cloud Object Storage Compatibility Plugfest held on Sept 16-18 '24 at SNIA Developer Conference (SDC), working with Dell, Google, IBM, Microsoft and other stakeholders. Previously at Intel, I served as Intel DCAI Data Storage Strategist, responsible for integrating storage customer requirements into the Intel Xeon Plan of Record (POR) roadmap, covering Xeon SP, AP, D as well as IPU and accelerators. I actively collaborated with leading Hyperscalers, Enterprise, HCI and SDS storage system providers, along with SSD storage media providers. Earlier at Intel, I served as product marketing manager for Intel Omni-Path Architecture (OPA), responsible for driving Intel OPA100 marketing collateral, web content, and newsletter. Also while at Intel, I served as the outbound marketing manager responsible for Intel Thunderbolt™ 3 adoption into commercial B2B markets, focused on driving global awareness, channel integration and demand-gen. At Seagate, I drove Outbound Marketing for ClusterStor Big Data Analytics and HPC Storage. I expanded the number of partners and environments, including national intelligence (GEOINT), scientific research, weather, life science, oil & gas and financial trading markets.  At Sequent, I led Storage System Test programs, received a Patent and delivered the industry first Storage Area Network (SAN) systems diagnostic tool. When IBM acquired Sequent, I served as an IBM eServer Storage Architect, defined industry best practices, and served as Chairman of the Board for the Fibre Channel Industry Association (FCIA), where I hosted speaking panels and acted as spokesperson in press and analyst interviews at events and tradeshows. At IBM, I drove Product Management for IBM SAN and IBM Enterprise & Midrange Disk portfolios, responsible for all in-bound marketing, portfolio strategy, roadmaps, announcements & lifecycle. At Georgia Tech, I earned MSEE in Lasers, Quantum Mechanics and Multi-Dimensional Vector Space Math.
