Integrated AOL and Yahoo staff in to one cohesive client-facing unit with a singular focus to drive advertisers’ performance and revenue on Oath Ad Platforms. Led over 250 staff in North America, EMEA and APAC, working with sellers and clients with the same high standard of domain expertise and accountability.

Key projects included: Integrating BrightRoll leadership and staff into team. Evolving Account Strategists service capability to include both Managed IO and MSA “self-serve” DSP clients. Bootstrapping new Native ad formats such as Carousel and Video to grow CPMs.

Led the 120+ person Optimization Services organization, a team of expert Optimization Strategists and Creative Strategists focused on growing and optimizing our advertisers' campaigns across Search, Native and Audience.

Relocated to Omaha to launch Center of Excellence for Yahoo Global Operations, now largest hub for Global Operations in the United States. COE strategy drives significant EBITDA for Oath, maintaining same high standard of operational excellence for Account Strategists.Led a large, geographically dispersed team of Creative Strategists and Creative Analysts responsible for growing and optimizing search campaigns for the Yahoo Bing Network’s North American search clients.
