Senior Order Management Specialist
Current● Assist in special projects for clients and our sales teams, providing reporting, requesting, and setting up new client sold-to’s s, bill-to’s s, and ship-to s, assisting clients with Insight web accounts, and providing ad hoc status updates, SMART, Teams, SAP.● Assist with quoting, ordering, account management, mailbox, and call management, part requests, report generation, and order fulfillment Run daily and weekly reports on the number of sales, remaining inventory, and available items in the stock, Excel.● Prepare, manage, and submit sales quotes accurately into the appropriate quote entry system, SMART, SAP.● Efficiently process and manage orders received from the sales team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order fulfillment, Order Entry Management OEM.● Identify opportunities for process automation within the sales operations workflow to increase efficiency and productivity. Implement automation solutions using relevant tools and software, Process Automation● Provide guidance and coaching to sales team members on sales processes, systems usage, and best practices. Conduct training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. ● Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) with accurate and relevant information. Ensure data integrity and consistency across the sales organization. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and customer support, to streamline processes and resolve any issues impacting sales operations. ● Manage accounts for reviewing, validating, and submitting orders to proceed shipment procedures by the transportation team.
